Cryotherapy warts excision doesn't lead to infertility, but the patient should be careful not to get penile wart in future. Most patients experience little or moderate pain during and after the procedure. The procedure is relatively inexpensive, may be done without anesthesia, and doesn't leave scarring, if performed properly. External lesions can be treated with liquid nitrogen applications or cryoprobe. The use of a cryoprobe in the genitalia is not recommended, because vaginal perforation and fistula formation are possible, though oral and anal lesions can be treated with liquid nitrogen. For complete removal 3 to 4 trials are necessary for most patients, in 20%-30% of cases reccurences are possible. Cryotherapy warts excision doesn't lead to infertility, but the patient should be careful not to get penile wart in future.
