Leep Biopsy
The leep biopsy procedure can lead to miscarriage and some other complications in some cases, but it is very helpful for treating genital wart, dysplasia and other disorders.
If both tests determine that cervical dysplasia is present, especially if the symptoms are moderate or severe, then a loop electrosurgical excision procedure is often recommended as a treatment. The risks involved with it include possible cervical incompetence, cervical stenosis, severe bleeding, or infection. This procedure has about a 75-80% success rate.
